1. Conference Registration

By registering for the Energy Future Conference, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All registrations are subject to approval by the conference organizers.

2. Payment and Refunds

All conference fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the conference start date and will be subject to a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

3. Event Changes

We reserve the right to change the conference program, speakers, venue, or dates at any time. In the unlikely event of conference cancellation, liability is limited to the refund of paid registration fees.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees must adhere to our professional code of conduct. We prohibit harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal comments, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

5. Intellectual Property

All conference materials, presentations, and content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission from the organizers and respective speakers.

6. Photography and Recording

By attending the conference, you grant us the right to use photographs, video, and audio recordings that may contain your image or voice for promotional purposes.

7. Liability

Attendees participate in the conference at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that may occur during the conference or related events.

8. Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the processing of your personal data for conference purposes.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
